Over the years, Blue Moose has learned that a successful transition is not only as good as the team leading it, but more importantly, the processes implemented to deliver it. Blue Moose has a standard methodology and set of processes that are designed to ensure a safe, seamless, effective and on time transition.

This methodology is documented for every transition in the Blue Moose Playbook. The Blue Moose team of experts will write a version of the Playbook, unique for your transition. It will include details on everything related to the transition, including the players, the rules of the road, the methodologies that will be used, an explanation of the toolsets, the reporting cadence and everything else needed to ensure everyone working on the transition is on the same page.

The Blue Moose Playbook has been adopted as the worldwide standard for one of the world's largest Oil and Gas Companies and is used for all of their divestments and acquisitions.
